As of December 1, 2015, a 24 hour cancellation policy goes into affect. This notice is going out to all, although, only a small minority are guilty of repeatedly failing to notify absence in timely fashion. You must cancel or reschedule a minimum of 24 hours in advance or be charged $50 on your next service. Due to the holiday season this is a very busy time of year, and by not giving me a 24 hour notice takes away opportunity for others to take that time slot.
